Grant Wallace Alexander Walsh 2020

Passed away on July 14th, 2020 at the age of 66. After several months of declining health, Grant died peacefully with his children by his side at the Northumberland Hills Hospital.
Grant was born in Trenton, on July 2nd 1954 He was preceded in death by his parents Earl & Irene Walsh, his wife Madeleine Walsh, his son Joshua Walsh, and his sister Valerie Ellis.
He is survived by his children Travis Walsh (Stephanie), Matthew Walsh (Becki), Christopher Walsh (Colleen), and daughter Rachel Walsh. Grant was a loving grandfather of 10 beautiful children and a wonderful brother, cousin, uncle, and friend to so many.
Renowned for his wisdom, creativity, selflessness, and character, Grant was a kind soul with a strong work ethic. Grant was an entertaining storyteller, a collector, a world traveler, a music enthusiast, a craftsman, and a green thumb with a large thirst for knowledge. Grant had a few professions in his life but regardless of where and what he was doing, he established long-lasting relationships with so many along the way. He was held in the highest regard and loved dearly. Grant will be deeply missed. May your stories and fond memories of Grant continue on through you.
Grant will be laid to rest alongside Madeleine and Joshua at the St. Mary’s Cemetery in Grafton, Ontario following a private gathering with immediate family. To honor and celebrate the life of Grant, please feel free to share your thoughts, stories, and special moments.
