Obituary of Grace Leclaire
Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Monday April 6, 2020. Grace Elizabeth Leclaire of Brockville aged 82 years. Beloved wife of 58 years to Murray Leclaire, dear mother of Lauranna Dowdall (Chuck) of Kingston and Beth Stewart (Chris) of Port Perry. Proud grandmother of Wesley Stewart. Grace is also survived by her step-mother Patricia Harkness, her brother-in-law Bob McClenaghan, sisters-in-law Joan MacDonald, Sandra Rankin (Art) and Errolyn Rennie as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her daughter Elizabeth, her sister Lois McClenaghan, her parents Walter and Annie Harkness, in-laws Luella Murphy (Jim), Clifford Leclaire (Mary), Jack Barrington (Betty), Gerald MacDonald, Rodney Barrington (Bonnie), Bernice Dumas (Florian), James Barrington and Bill Rennie.
By request, cremation has taken place, Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville entrusted with the arrangements. In memory of Grace, donations to Maple View Lodge, Athens would be appreciated by the family. Messages of condolence may be made online at www.barclayfuneralhome.com.
