Surrounded by her family, Grace Dela Cruz passed away peacefully on January 9, 2020 at the age of 48.
Predeceased by her father, Grace will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Cenen; her children: Razen Dale and Shanen Grail; her mother Helen; siblings: Rolene and her family, Daisy and her family and Dennis and his family as well as numerous extended family and close friends.
A special thank you to all the staff at the Grey Nuns Hospital for the care and attention shown to Grace.
