Obituary of Glenn Grant MacDonald
MACDONALD, Glenn Grant – Age 70 of Bridgewater, passed away August 7, 2020 in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool. Born June 17, 1950 in Pictou and raised in Central Caribou. He was the son of the late Lawrence Lee and Helen Marjorie (Grant) MacDonald, formerly of Pictou.
Glenn worked for himself as the manager for Sentry Construction, and then continued his career expertise as the manager for Nauss Bros. Construction in Bridgewater.
He is survived by his sons, Ian, Lunenburg; Cyril, Toronto; Rene, Montreal; brothers, Larry (Bev Cleve), Lyons Brook; Gregg (Marion), Waterside; Edwin, Three Brooks; sisters, Heather MacDonald (Dale Ellis), Dartmouth; Lori (Grant) MacCarthy, Three Brooks; Gina (Ian) Bain, West Branch; and grandchild, Elly MacDonald of Dartmouth.
By his request, there will be no visitation or service. No donations or flowers by request. Arrangements entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 35 York Street, Bridgewater, where on-line condolences and messages may be made by visiting www.sweenysfuneralhome.com.

    I have many good memories from university and years after. Although I had lost touch, once you knew him you could never forget him. One of a kind.
