Obituary of Glenn Morgan
It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Glenn (Captain) Morgan after a brief battle with cancer. Glenn was predeceased by his father Gwilym Morgan; mother Wanda Morgan; brother Ken Morgan; sister Candyce Harris; and brother in law John Sztrebula. He is survived by his wife Shirley Morgan; daughter Kathleen Reiss; son Glenn Morgan; granddaughter Rayne Reiss; grandson Aaron Bedier; great granddaughters Mia and Melody Balogh; brothers David (Edna) Morgan, Dennis (Shirley) Morgan, Randy (Sandy) Morgan; sister Phyllis Sztrebula; sisters in law Gloria Morgan, Darlene (Bob) Kindrachuk; numerous nieces, nephews and extended families. Glenn was born in Estevan in 1952, and raised on a farm near Estevan. When he was 18 he moved to Regina where he met Shirley and they raised their 2 children. Glenn worked at the General Hospital for 30+ years before retiring to a farm near Govan, SK in 2008. He loved hunting, fishing, playing cards and laughing with his family, friends and his beloved dog, Duchess. He was the first person to lend a hand. Glenn loved and was loved by so many people. He had a kind heart and a great sense of humour. Glenn will be greatly missed. There will be a celebration of life held at a later date.
