Born in Dresden, Ontario. Glen was predeceased by his parents, Leslie and Eva Babcock (nee McGee) and by his siblings Gordon and Larry.
Beloved husband of 40 years to Ruth Ramsden-Babcock (nee Richmond) of Blenheim, Ontario. Loving Father of Cindy Hill, Steven Babcock, the late Jeffery (Rachel) Babcock, David (Jacquie) Ramsden, Wendy (Gord) Kozlof, Deborah (Cory) Jinkerson and Harry Jr. (Joyce) Ramsden.
