Shediac, NB – Gilles Cormier, 63, passed away peacefully at Villa Providence in Shediac, on Friday, October 16, 2020.
Born in Cocagne, NB, he was the son of the late Léandre et Edna Cormier (nee Léger).
Gilles will be sadly missed by his brothers, Léonard Cormier (Rachel) of Cocagne, Ronald (Laurina) of Joliette, QC, Normand (Diane) of St-Antoine, Maurice (Louise) of Moncton, Joseph Cormier (Dianne) of St-Antoine; his sisters, Bernice Cormier (Tommy) of Bouctouche and Ginette Bouzanne (Randy) of Keswick, Ont.; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Louis and Fernand.
Visitations and Funeral service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the “Phare de Bouctouche” or to a charity of your choice. Masses can also be made to St-Pierre de Cocagne RC Church.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Villa Providence for all the good care and support provided to Gilles and to his family during the hardest moments. A special thank go to Francine Robichaud for all the years of care and support.
