Passed peacefully away at her residence with her husband at her side on Saturday, November 14, 2020, Gertrude M. Roche, age 83 years.
Last surviving family member of the late Patrick and Ellen Morrissey of North River, C.B.N., NL.
Predeceased by her parents; sisters Mary Walsh, Sr. Rosalie Morrissey P.B.V.M., Annie Walsh, Cecilia Buckle, Genevieve Saifer, Catherine Downey and Frances Hurley; brother William.
Leaving to mourn her husband of 62 years Richard; children Sean (Connie), Wayne (Donna), Michelle (Frank), Patrick (Michael), Paul (Carlotta); grandchildren Kerena, Michael, Jason, Jeremy, Colin, Natasha, Morgan, Maegan, Kaylyn, Evan and two great grandchildren Liam and Hazel.
Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay on Monday from 2:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial to take place on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 2 p.m. from St. Francis of Assisi Church, Outer Cove with cremation to follow.
