At the Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. Gerard Miller of Alexandria; age 84 years. Beloved husband of Rita Miller (nee Ménard). Loving father of Lynn Lavigne (Richard) of Alexandria, Michel Miller (Lisa) of Cornwall, and Monique Miller (Michel Desjardins) of Alexandria. Cherished grandfather of Francois (Anik), Penny (Yan), Amanda (Zachary), Patrick (Catherine), Josée (Tony), Matthieu (Stefanie), and Jamie. Dear brother of Mildred Miller of Cornwall. Predeceased by his son Paul Miller, daughter Genevieve Lee, brother Alex Leblanc, sister Lucienne Cuerrier, and by his parents Antoine and Mary Annes Miller (nee Robinson). Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur, Alexandria. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772). As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Gerard a tree will be planted in a Memory Woods.
