GERALD C. BRADBURY

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gerald C. Bradbury announce his passing after a brief illness at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s, NL on January 9, 2020 at the age of 78. Gerald was always more than happy to lend a hand to his friends, family, and neighbours. He volunteered whenever he was needed and especially enjoyed his time with the Breakfast Program. Gerald retired from the Department of Forestry and Agriculture in March of 2000. He is predeceased by his brother, Philip Bradbury, and parents, Linda and Thomas Bradbury. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his spouse, Monica Bishop, son, Thomas Bradbury of Yellowknife, NWT, and daughter, Holly Dwyer (John) of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Also leaving to mourn are his two special granddaughters Kaitlyn and Claire, who were his world, brothers, Edward (Marina) and Noel (Theresa), and stepdaughters, Jocette (Blair) and Rochelle (Trev), as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Rev. Robin Trevors will conduct the funeral service at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be held at a later date. my condolences to Monica and family members of Gerry’s family. We were co-workers for many years in the farm and agriculture sector. It seems he enjoyed good health until very late in life.
