George Randall Steeves September 25 2020

Steeves, George Randall – Age 57 of Old Tatamagouche Road, passed away suddenly at his home on September 23, 2020 with his family by his side.
George loved nature, especially bird-watching and hummingbirds were his favorite. He was an avid hockey fan and loved his Canadian teams. The thing that he held most dear was his family. His children, grandchildren and siblings were his world and he will be greatly missed as a loved father, grandfather, brother and uncle.
He will always be loved by daughters, Jennifer (Jason) Monk, Princeport; Alyssa Steeves (Logan), Truro; Mckenna Steeves, Truro; Shelby Smith, New Glasgow; sons, Daniel (Chrissy), Truro; Wyatt, Truro; grandchildren, Eva and Jacob Monk, Sadie, Talon, Lucas, Autumn Steeves, Nehalem Bigney; brothers and best friends, Roy (Kelly), Wentworth; Bernard (Kristy), North River; little brother and roommate, Donnie; sisters, Jeannie Theriault (his good friend, Randy Lynds), Salmon River; Susan (Bruce) Whalen, North River; many nieces and nephews; special friend and mother of Mckenna and Wyatt, Julie Chisholm.
He was predeceased by his parents, Gerald and Faye (Crowe) Steeves; brother, Danny.
Cremation has taken place.
A private graveside gathering will be held in Tatamagouche Mountain Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
