Our dear Family and Friends,
We warmly welcome you to join us as we honour and celebrate the life of a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. George was precious to us in countless memorable ways and we would appreciate your support and presence so that together we can pay tribute to this kind and wise human who is no longer with us.
Due to COVID-19 related restrictions please do not forward this invitation to others. Noted below are specific protocols for entry into the church.
Arrival & Entry
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to get seated and to go through the protocols required for entering the building. Please enter the church building via the wheelchair ramp on the east side of the church in the alleyway. When you arrive, you will be asked to provide your name and phone number.
You will be asked four questions:
1. Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms? Fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, new muscle aches or headaches, sore throat [You must be able to answer “No” to this question to access the church]
2. Have you traveled outside Canada within the last 14 days? [You must be able to answer “No” to this question to access the church]
3. Have you had any contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID 19? [You must be able to answer “No” to this question to access the church]
4. Do you give your consent for this information to be shared with Health BC for contact tracing if the need arises [You must be able to answer “yes” to this question to access the church]
Parking
Please use the Park Place Impark lot of Hornby street, just before Dunsmuir street. Park in any spot *not* marked reserved. When you go to pay at the machine, select CHURCH and enter the coupon number 4584
Masks
Masks are required and must be worn for the entire time you are inside the church.
