George Edward Profit
1954-2020
The death occurred at the Margaret Stewart Ellis Home,
O’Leary, on Saturday, November 21, 2020, with his loving family by his
side of George Edward Profit of Alberton, age 66 years. Born at
Alberton on September 11, 1954, he was the son of the late Robert and
Constance (nee Wilkinson) Profit. Beloved husband of Janine
Marguerite (nee Grant) Profit.
Dear father to Amanda Profit of Toronto, ON. He is survived
by siblings, Robert (Phyllis) of Alberton, Brenda (James) Arsenault of
Alberton, John (Robin) of Alberton, Christine (Brian) Coughlin of
Summerside, Larry (Heather) of Alberton. He is also survived
by his many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his
parents and by a brother, Thomas.
Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton, from where a
private funeral for family and invited guests will be held on Tuesday
afternoon from the E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel at 2:00 p.m., Rev.
Ann Bush officiating. Interment in St. Peter’s Anglican Church
Cemetery.
