AYMAR, George A. – Age 94, of Meteghan, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 29, 2020 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Meteghan, he was a son of the late Frederick and Lorette (Robichaud) Aymar. He is survived by daughters, Louise Aymar, Karen (Brian) Lombard, Lisa (Alain) Thimot; daughter-in-law, Bernadette; grandchildren, André, Lianne, Suzanne, Jacques, Marc, Adam, Natalie; great-grandchildren, Emma, Ava, Jackson, Jordan, Luca. He was predeceased by his wife, Edith; son, Ronnie; daughter, Marie in infancy; brother, James; sisters, Stella, Annette, Bertha, Ruth, Doris. Due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, private visitation and funeral service will be in Meteghan Funeral Home. Rev. Mathieu Agbaya officiating. Burial will follow in Stella Maris Cemetery, Meteghan Centre. Donations may be made to VON Canada Tri-County Branch.
