It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Garry James Zerr, late of Regina, SK, on Monday, January 13, 2020. He was born on October 28, 1961 in Regina, SK.
Garry was predeceased by his parents Cecilia and Kenneth Zerr; and sister-in-law Shari. Garry leaves behind his lifelong partner Shelley Ulmer; children Derrick (Krystal) Ulmer, Sheena (Dane) Hawkins and their children Grace, Ella, Clara, Hayden, Beau and Nixon; his brother Tim (Ann) Zerr, Al Zerr and sister Kathy (Jeff); and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Garry enjoyed 4 years of retirement in which he loved spending time hosting friends and family in his basement and backyard which held all of his collectables from his many travels. He loved to spend time finding the newest and best technology to run his lights, cameras and his newest doorbell camera.
Celebration of Garry’s Life will be held on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in Rosewood Park Alliance Church, 1300 Courtney Street North, Regina, SK. In lieu of flowers, if friends desire, donations in memory of Garry may be made to the Kopperud Cemetery Fund, Box 661, Oxbow, SK S0C 2B0.
