Garnet A. Hawksley
1953-2020
The death of Garnet Allison Hawksley of Slave Lake, Alberta and
formerly of Summerfield occurred on Saturday, May 30, 2020 in
Summerfield. Born April 7, 1953 he was the son of the late Allison and
Jennie (Forsythe) Hawksley. He was also predeceased by his wife,
Brenda, infant brother, Bertrum; 1 nephew, Josh White; 1 brother in
law, Bob Burlingame.
Garnet is survived by his 3 children, Shawn Hawksley, Anthony Hawksley
and Regina Valiquette; 8 grandchildren, Chelsey, Morgan, Sam, Hayden,
Steven, Trisha, Nick and Kaitland; 1 great grand daughter, Noelle; 3
siblings, Ronald Hawksly (Judy), Charlene Burlingame and Beatrice
Hamilton (David) as well as several nieces, nephews and extended
family.
A private visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral
Directors. The interment will be in St. Barnabas Cemetery, Greenfield.
Memorial donations made to Angels Anonymous would be appreciated.
