The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Val Caron, Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of Rachelle (née Gauthier) Lamothe of Sudbury. Son of the late Gédéon and the late Florida (née Rivet) Lamothe. Loving father of Gilles Lamothe of Ottawa, Cory Lamothe of Blind River and Ghislain Lamothe (Monick Corriveau) of Gatineau. Dear brother of Lorette Cloutier (late André), Réjeanne Lalonde (late Georges), Laurent Lamothe (Lucie) and Claire Barbeau (late Gérarld) all of Sudbury. Predeceased by his siblings Lucille Séguin (late Roland), Rhéal Lamothe (Jacqueline of Laval, QC) and Dolorèse Bélanger (Raymond of Sudbury). Cherished grandmother of Mariska, Aidan, Médérick, Florence and Léandre. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation. A funeral mass will be celebrated (date) at (time) at Ste-Anne-des-Pins, Church, Sudbury. Donations to the (charity) can be made by cheque or online. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca.
