G. Daniel’s Obituary
SAULNIER, G. Daniel – Age 83, Pinkney’s Point, passed away on Sunday, July 26th, 2020 at Yarmouth Regional Hospital. He was the son of the late Louis Saulnier and Regina Muise. Daniel worked as a lobster fisherman and a boat builder. Aside from his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter Mary Ellen Saulnier and his brother Avite Saulnier. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Viola “Doucette”, as well as his daughter, Jean Saulnier. Visitation will take place from 6 to 8 p.m on Wednesday, with prayers at 7 p.m. both at H.M Huskilson’s Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes, Melbourne, on Thursday at 10 a.m. with Father Henry Smolenarrs officiating. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, seating may be limited and social distancing guidelines must be followed. Also, please note that immediate family will be given priority for seating. Burial to follow in St. Raphael’s Cemetery, Pinkney’s Point. Memorial donations may be made to the donors choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Yarmouth where you may leave messages of condolence for the family by visiting www.huskilson.net
