Franklyn’s Obituary
Frank was born on October 31, 1937 in Seymour, Alberta to parents Marie and Frank Brown. He passed away on June 17, 2020 in Fairview, Alberta at the age of 73 years.
Frank retired from ATCO Power in 1999, he wasn’t involved any organizations but was always willing to help out and lend a hand when needed. One of the most important positions he had was being a husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
He loved baseball so much that it was his #1 passion, of course followed by golf and fishing. When his children were born, he loved being involved in what ever sport activity they were in. This carried on with his grandchildren. His greatest joy was watching them play, as he knew he had passed down his love of sports to them.
He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Marie Brown; brothers, Leo, Gordon, George; sisters, Winnie, Helen, Evelyn; and his baby brother Richard who passed when he was an infant.
Frank will be lovingly remembered by his wife Shirley Ann; sons, Greg (Mary Jane), Patrick; daughters, Michele (Rusty), Tracey (Kurt), Dawn; 12 grandchildren, Diana, Lacey, Chelsie (Tyler), Parker (Kelly), Courtney, Dylan (Kyla), Colt, Kole, Traejn, Gabriel, Ethan, Chase; 3 great grandchildren, Zak, Leland, Zoe; sisters, Cec (Lloyd), Millie (Len), Barb (Joe), Debbie; and as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
At Frank’s request no Funeral Service will be taking place.
