We are deeply saddened by this tragic news and offer our condolences and thoughts to Frank’s family and friends. My sincere condolences to the family. Such a respected and respectful man. Great loss to the nuclear community.
My thoughts are with the family at the sudden loss of Frank … a terrible loss at any time but especially at this time in his life … he talked often of his retirement home, the stone wall he was building and his dogs … I am so sorry for the family’s loss.
