Her love of everything artistic and her infectious laugh will be on the minds of everyone who knew her. Loving and devoted wife of the late Arthur William Oakley (said trumpet player, married 50 years). Dedicated mother of the late Ronald James Oakley and younger son James William Oakley. Fran will be sadly missed by her daughter in law, Earlene Oakley (Ron’s wife), two wonderful grandsons, Christopher (Sarah) and Tyler, Plus her great granddaughter Ivy. Also missed greatly by her many nieces and their families in British Columbia. In keeping with Frans wishes, no funeral service or memorial service will be held.
