FOSTER, Frances –
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Frances Foster announce her passing on Monday, June 8th, 2020 in her 91st at her home in Belleville, with her family at her side. She is predeceased by her parents Lorne & Bertha Foster. Frances was the loving mother of Bonnie Burshaw (Noyes) and is predeceased by her son Kenny Noyes. She will be forever loved by her grandsons Todd Burshaw and John (Kim) Burshaw, by her great grandchildren Stephanie (Anne) Smith, Anthony (Krystal) Burshaw and by her great great granddaughters Madason, Taylor and Sophia. Frances is survived by her sister Shirley Hill and she is predeceased by her siblings Rita, Lorna, Ruth, Raymond, Kenneth, Leonard and Carman. Frances will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Frances’ wishes, cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Avenue, Belleville (613-968-5588). A Celebration of Frances’ Life will be held at a later date to be announced. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
