Obituary of Frances “Dot” Irene Wright
Wright, Frances Irene “Dot”, 93, of Virginia East, passed away Oct 5, 2020, at the Annapolis Royal Nursing Home. Born in Bear River East, she was the daughter of the late Silas and Sadie (Buckler) Wiles. Dot loved to travel, made many beautiful quilts (all hand sewn) and many pairs of knit slippers. She was a great cook with pies and bread being her specialties. She is survived by her son John (Angela); grandchildren Scott (Leslee), Nicky (Neil), Kim and Laura; great grandchildren Kyle, Brianna, Mia, Spencer, Tiffany and Carmen; sister-in-law Jean Wiles; many nieces and nephews (niece Brenda Vroom being like the daughter she never had). She was predeceased by husband Lewis and son Allan; sisters, Edith and Ethel; brothers Elisha, Mansford, Ingram, Hardy, Courtland, Harry, Clifford, Clyde and Irving. Special thanks to the staff of the Annapolis Royal Nursing Home for her care. She was witty and loved to joke with them. Cremation has taken place under the care of Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. No visitation and a private burial at a later date in the Clementsvale Cemetery. Donations in memory can be made to a charity of one’s choice. On line condolences can be sent to www.kaulbachfamilyfuneralhome.com
