It is with deepest love and humility that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Rose (Rosie) Marie Forsyth. She has impacted many lives and will be greatly missed. A dear, loving, and loyal lady, devoted to family, friends, and the Lord. Rose truly was an example of dedication and service to all. She served tirelessly for family, friends, and the church. Her greatest desire was to be able to serve others, giving her all to help and bless those around her, and making someone’s day brighter. Rose was a devoted friend to many. She was fiercely independent and hated to be a burden to anyone. She served in many positions in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, she loved her callings and loved to be serving both those around her, as well as her God. Rose leaves behind her four children; Debra (Brad) Nay, Kim (Anita) Forsyth, Shauna (Reed) Parker, Laurie (Kay) Wynder, 17 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren. As the youngest of 10 children she is survived as well only by her older brother Franklin Smith. We wish to express our thanks and gratitude to her many dear friends and caregivers who have been there for her always and especially in her time of need.
Friends are welcome to meet with the family on Sunday July 19, 2020 from 7:00 to 8:00pm at SALMON AND SONS FUNERAL HOME (433 Stubb Ross Road South, Lethbridge).
