It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of our loved one,
Flossie Madge Skiffington age 89 years. Flossie passed peacefully away at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL. on Wednesday, March 11, 2020.
Predeceased by son Ricky, grandson Dean, her parents, Martin and Ada Sweetapple, her loving husband of 59 years, Alonzo Neuth Skiffington, her brother Junior Sweetapple (Evelyn), her sisters, Effie Bovair(Fred)
Aldine Davis(Gilbert), Bernice Feltham(Sam).
Left to mourn: Brother Graham(Shirley) Six children Genevieve, Rick(Kelly), Bernice(Av), Johnnie(Pam), Dean(Sheri), Lonnie(Kim). Fifteen Grandchildren, Thirteen Great Grandchildren. Sister-in-laws, Mary(Eugene), Norma(Allister), Winnie(Max).
Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Faith United Church at 2:00pm, Glovertown, with Reverend Paul Vardy officiating. Interment will follow at the United Church Cemetery, Glovertown.
