La famille annonce avec regret son décès à Sturgeon Falls, le lundi 19 octobre, 2020 à l’âge de 87 ans. Fils de feu Valmore Tessier et de feu Myrtle Tessier (née Amyotte). Époux bien-aimé de Denise Tessier (née Gauvreau). Chèr père de Marc (Denise), Monique (Ron), Luc (Marcelle), Sylvie (Neil) et Ginette (Brian). Prédécédé par son fils Roch. Son souvenir restera gravé dans la mémoire de ses 10 petits-enfants, 18 arrière-petits-enfants et 2 arrière-arrière-petits-enfants. Prédécédé par son petit-fils Alain. Frère de Raymond (feu Bernadette), Richard (feu Angele), Therese (Bob), Paulette (feu Georges) et Florence. Prédécédé par son frère Marcel (feu Christsine) et ses sœurs Fernande (feu Ken) et Claudette. Les plus sincères remerciements au personnel du troisième étage Au Château pour les excellents soins prodigués. La famille recevra parents et amis au salon funéraire Theoret-Bourgeois, Sturgeon Falls le samedi 24 octobre, 2020 de 13h00 à 15h00. Un service dans la chapelle suivra à 15h00. The family announces with sorrow his death in Sturgeon Falls, Monday, October 19th, 2020 at the age of 87 years. Son of the late Valmore Tessier and of the late Myrtle Tessier (née Amyotte). Loving husband of Denise Tessier (née Gauvreau). Dear father of Marc (Denise), Monique (Ron), Luc (Marcelle), Sylvie (Neil), and Ginette (Brian). Predeceased by his son Roch. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his grandson Alain. Brother of Raymond (late Bernadette), Richard (late Angele), Therese (Bob), Paulette (late Georges) and Florence. Predeceased by his siblings Marcel (late Christsine), Fernande (late Ken) and Claudette. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff on the 3rd floor of Au Chateau for the excellent care provided. The family will receive friends at Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls on Saturday, October 24th, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 3:00 pm. Donations to Au Chateau or the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated.
