Faye I. Lovelace of Southampton, NB passed away on September 9, 2020
at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Faye was born on February 24,
1960 at Stanley, NB, a daughter of Glen Lovelace and the late Etta
(Munn) Lovelace. Faye loved her flowers and gardening, her bingo
family, and most of all her boys … she was a very proud
Grandmother.
She is survived by her longtime partner, Phillip Thornton; her sons,
Jamie Fowler and Bill Storey (Meredith); a grandson Parker Storey; her
father Glen Lovelace of Boiestown, NB; two sisters, Tina Lovelace
(Ronnie Fowler) and Glenda Lovelace (Phillip Small); partner
Phillip’s family, Janice Bragdon (Lee), Wesley Schriver (Angie)
and Dianne Schriver; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins
and her canine companion Bam.
Faye was predeceased by her mother, Etta Lovelace in March 2020; a
sister Corrine Lovelace; a brother Trent Lovelace and brother-in-law,
Alton Schriver.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis
Drive, Nackawic, NB on Saturday from 12 to 3 pm, followed by Saturday
evening visitation at the Miramichi First Pentecostal Church, 376
Holtville Road, Holtville, NB on Saturday from 6 to 9 pm with social
distancing respected at both visitations and funeral service. Funeral
service will be held at the Miramichi First Pentecostal Church in
Holtville, NB on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 1 pm with Rev. Landon
Decker officiating. Interment will follow at Lenentine Cemetery,
Southampton, NB.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Faye, the family
has suggested the Lenentine Cemetery or Miramichi First Pentecostal
Church.
