It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother and grandmother, Faye Ann Phillips, who passed away on Wednesday November 11, 2020 in Raymore Saskatchewan at the age of 69.
A memorial service to celebrate Fay’s life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made in Fay’s name to the Silver Heights Nursing Home Ladies Auxiliary or the Saskatchewan Alzheimer’s Society.
