Everett was born and raised in Port Rexton. He moved to St. John’s in his early years to pursue his career and start his family. He later retired peacefully with his wife Karen in beautiful Champney’s West along with their Newfoundland Pony Blaze, loyal dog Bear and cat Oliver.
Everett was a power engineer by trade. He travelled the world on the lake boats, CCG and oil rigs. He spent his later years working at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home as an engineer.
Everett is fondly remembered by those who knew him for his kind and gentle ways. He had an infinite love of people & animals. He had a great ability to make light of any situation and bring joy to others. Everett was a man who wasn’t materialistic and loved life to the fullest.
