GIRARD, Capt Joseph Leo Evens – Peacefully at the Deep River and District Hospital on Friday, October 2nd, 2020 in his 59th year. Evens Girard of Laurentian Hills, beloved husband of Debra “Debbie” Girard (nee Currie). Loving son of Evangeline Girard (nee Martel) and the late Rene Girard. Caring son-in-law of Arlene Currie (nee Teschke) and the late Gordon Currie. Dear brother of Helen Girard, Robin Girard, Raymond Girard, Gaby Girard and Dany Girard. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Respecting Evens’ wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends at the
