QUINN, Evelyn Patricia “Patsy”…passed away at Belleville General Hospital on Sunday January 5th, 2020 in her 81st year. Loving wife of Fred Quinn. Cherished mother of Cindy Little (Robert), Barbara Wilman (Dan Eddy), Michael Quinn, Mary Terry, Robert Quinn (Debbie), Fred Quinn (Shelley), Shawn Quinn (Tracey) and Brian Quinn (Melissa). Sadly missed by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
