Ethel Mae Wheeler
November 11, 1950 – February 4, 2020
Passed peacefully away at the Private Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavillion on February 4, 2020, Ethel Wheeler of Islington, aged 69 years.
Predeceased by her husband, Ivan; parents, Bertram and Edith Chislett; brother, Sam Chislett; mother and father-in-law, Fred and Maisie Wheeler; brother and sister-in-law, Roy and Marjorie Wheeler; brothers-in-law, Fred Wheeler, Roy Osmond; and sister-in-law, Patricia Wheeler.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her siblings, Asenath (Gerald) Legge, Clara (Gerald) Chislett, Irene (Freeman) Legge, and Malcolm Chislett; brothers and sisters-in-law, Pastor David (Betty) Wheeler, Harry Wheeler, Ernest (Betty) Wheeler, Jean (Len) Joy, Helen Wheeler, Marion Chislett, and Shirley Osmond; as well as a large number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Cremation has taken place.
Resting at the Church of the Epiphany, Heart’s Delight with visitation on Thursday, February 6, 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm.
A service of celebration for Ethel’s life will be held on Saturday, February 8 at 2:00 pm with inurnment at a later date.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Ethel’s memory may be made to the Church of the Epiphany, Heart’s Delight.
