Obituary of Ernest Daniel Kelly
Peacefully entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site on Wednesday February 12th, 2020. Ernest Kelly of Brockville and formerly of Mallorytown aged 86 years. Beloved husband of the Victoria (Moore) Kelly. Loving father of Lonnie (Cathy), Mark (Kerry) and Scott Kelly (Tracy). Cherished grandfather of Samantha, Tyler, Victoria, Shauna, Alyssa, Kimberly, Ashley and Hayleigh; and great grandfather of Kayden, Oliver, Elora and Ethan. Dear brother of John and Fred Kelly, Jean Day, Margaret Grothier and the late Dennis and Ronald Kelly. Son of the late Edward and Edna (Day) Kelly. Also missed by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East Brockville for a Celebration of Ernie’s Life to be held in the Chapel on Thursday February 20th, 2020 at 1 p.m. McCoy Masonic Lodge No. 242 A.F. & A.M. will hold a Masonic Memorial Service on Thursday at 12:45 p.m. at the Funeral Home, all sister lodges are welcome to attend. In memory of Ernie, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
