Erik Lydeking Lydestad aged 80 years, of St. Thomas, Ontario passed peacefully in his sleep on Feb 25, 2020. Lovingly survived by his wife Shirley, his daughter Jennifer (Glenn), and his son Randy (Jeannette). Erik was a proud grandpa to Amanda (Greg), Tyson (Kathryn), and Gwen. Erik was also a great grandpa to Callan and Findley. Many thanks to the staff at Bobier Villa in Dutton Ontario for their support during the last years of dad’s life.In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Bobier Villa or the Alzheimer’s Society. At Erik’s request, a private graveside service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery on Thursday, February 27th, 2020 will be observed by the family.
