Emogene “Jean” Michaud
1927-2020
Mary Emogene “Jean” Michaud of Plaster Rock, NB, passed away
peacefully in her sleep on October 11, 2020.
Jean was born in Plaster Rock, NB, on July 5, 1927. She was the
daughter of the late James and Gertrude (Ward) Shannon. Jean leaves
behind her loving husband of 73 years, Lionel Michaud; her daughters,
Berylann McCullough (Aubrey) of Keswick Ridge, NB, Linda Susan Michaud
of Fredericton, NB; her sons, Terrence Michaud (Rina) of Rothsay, NB,
Thomas Michaud (Claire) of Quispamsis, NB, Paul Michaud (Nancy) of
Fredericton, NB; her grandchildren, Shawn, Troy, Christopher, Jeremy,
Nicolas, Patrick, Laura, and Katherine; five great grandchildren;
along with several nieces and nephews.
Jean was predeceased by her parents; her sister, Olive Jenkins; her
brothers, Walter, Michael, Belmont, and Thomas Shannon.
Resting at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church with visitation on
Friday from 1-2 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October
16, 2020 at 2 pm from the church. Father Gilbert Doddatto celebrating.
Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
Due to the New Brunswick Health Guidelines in regards to Covid-19,
masks are mandatory for visitation and the funeral.
For those who wish, memorial donations to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic
Cemetery would be appreciated by the family.
