EMIL MOLDOWAN
June 30, 1943 – December 21, 2020
With great sadness we announce the passing of Emil Moldowan on Monday, December 21, 2020 at the age of 77. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife Jessica of 52 years, daughters Luanne (Charles), Pam (Dave) and Lynn. Grandchildren; Adam, Luke (Kristin), Jordan, Jake (Quinn). Great-grandson Seth. Brother-in-laws; Kirk & Doug. Sister-in-law; Bernice (Jim). Nieces; Glenoria, Tammy (Ron) and Cheryl (Tony). Nephews; Doug (Claire), Wade.
He was predeceased by parents, William and Mary, sister Sophie and his brother Eugene.
Emil was raised on the farm in Ontario. He moved to Winnipeg at a young age where he worked various jobs. Emil worked up north until he finally found the job he enjoyed and retired from which was a Cement Truck Driver.
Emil loved hunting, fishing and camping. He would take trips with the family to Ontario for camping and fishing with Garry & Glenda. He shared his passion for fishing at special lakes with Kirk and late friends Bobby & Rudy.
In his later years he enjoyed watching western movies and national geographic. His morning ritual was having his coffee while watching the Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune at dinner time.
The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Macaulay and the staff at Mount Carmel Clinic for their many years of wonderful, attentive and excellent care they provided. We would also like to thank the paramedics, doctors & nurses at Grace Hospital that assisted Emil in his final days.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Garry for the beautiful handmade urn. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of EMIL
