DesRoches, Joseph Martin Elmer (27/05/1932 – 03/ 04/ 2020)
2 year resident at Pinecrest Nursing home in Bobcaygeon, Ont. Passed away due to Covid-19 virus at the age of 87. Loving father to his children, Kevin, Suzanne ( Rick) , David and Annamaria ( Paul). Devoted Pepe to his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Special uncle to many many nieces and nephews. Survived by siblings Ethel and John. Predeceased by siblings Augustine, Euclide, Zelma ( Ephrem), Bernice ( Ernie), Adele (Joe) and Gerard.
Elmer was a long time member of the Royal Canadian Legion. He enjoyed a good game of cards or pool. He always made time for a sing song and a chance to play a tune on his guitar. His music will live on here and in heaven. A celebration of life will be at a future date due to Coronavirus.
