Death announcement
SALLIE, Elisabeth Mary “Beth”
It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Elisabeth (Beth) Sallie at North Bay Regional Health Centre on April 1, 2020 at the age of 64. Predeceased by her loving mother and father Elisabeth and Gerald Sallie. Beloved sister of Gerald (Kim), Robert (Nancy), Maureen (Doug), John (Sharon) and Debbie (Nicholas). Beth will be dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and coworkers. Beth worked at ParaMed Home Health Care for 19 years as a Nursing Supervisor. She truly enjoyed travelling the world and taking vacations with family. Everyone will remember Beth for her quick sense of humour, warmth and kindness. A Celebration of Beth’s Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Chordoma Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated. The family wish to thank Dr. Trenker and the C3 nurses for their care and compassion. 1. A life is cut short by illness is a hard thing to witness. It’s especially so when the life has been lived so enthusiastically. I didn’t know Beth, but over the past 27 years, I’ve heard so many funny stories, so many stories of her travels, and heard so much of the remarkable ways she contributed to giving the best care to her family and people in her care, that it is clear she is very loved, and will be remembered always for that fun and caring spirit…even by people who didnt know her.
