Passed away peacefully on December 12, 2020 at Heritage Green Nursing Home in her 93rd year. She is gone to be reunited with her husband Karoly. Loving mother of Eva (Steve) and Agnes (Joe). Cherished Mama of Andrea, Beata, and Melissa. Dear Dedi Mama of Thomas, Olivia, and Johnny. Elisabeta will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends in Romania and Hungary. She will always be remembered for her kind and loving heart. A special thanks to the staff at Heritage Green Nursing Home (3rd floor, Magnolia), especially Dr. Fraser. Due to current COVID-19 regulations masks are mandatory and guests must RSVP by visiting www.dermodys.com or by calling (905) 388-4141. Visitation will be held at P.X. Dermody Funeral Homes, 796 Upper Gage Ave. (between Mohawk and Fennell) on Tuesday December 15, 2020 from 5-7pm. A Funeral Service will be held in Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday December 16, 2020 at 11am. Interment to follow at Mount Hamilton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hungarian Presbyterian Church, 121 Birch Ave. Hamilton, Ontario.
