Thelma Elaine Watson, age 78, of Stratford, passed away peacefully at the Mitchell Nursing Home on June 30, 2020. Born in Stratford, daughter of the late Jack and Thelma Wilson. Elaine was a member of Riverside Christian Fellowship, Stratford.
Beloved wife for 54 years of Melvin. Loving mother of David Watson (April), Diane Stewart (David) and Susan Nelson (Michael). Elaine loved and adored her 13 grandchildren. Also survived by her sister Eleanor Berg and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her brother Robert Wilson (Beverley) and brother-in-law William Berg.
A family interment will take place at McLean’s Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Mitchell Nursing Home or the Gideon Bible Society through the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford. 519.271.7411 www.wgyoungfuneralhome.com
