Obituary for
Eino Kalervo Parttimaa
EINO KALERVO PARTTIMAA
July 4, 1929 – May 28, 2020
Eino was a kind, gentle soul and loved by many. He was born in northern Finland on July 4, 1929, to his predeceased mother Anna and father Jaakko. He came from a large family of 7 children, and had many nieces and nephews. As a young man, he emigrated to Sweden where he met and married his first wife Ritva (nee Salminen, deceased) in 1960 in Stockholm, Sweden, where she gave birth to a son, John. As a family, they emigrated to Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 1969. Later, Eino met Marlene, and they began their new life together in December 18, 1999, marrying in Toronto. Soon after, Eino retired and they moved to Niagara Falls, Ontario, in May 2001.
Eino learned the truth in Finland and also in Sweden, where he made his dedication on August 20, 1955. Eino and Marlene enjoyed serving Jehovah together until his passing at 90 years of age. Eino was a lover of nature and all created things in the natural world, with his real passion spending endless hours in his garden tending to his hobby. He enjoyed walking in the woods to enjoy nature in its simplest form because he had fond memories of these wonderful experiences as he grew up as a young child in the northern forest region of Finland.
He is safe in his Creators memory until the day when all things are made new. (Revelation 21:4, 5) He looked forward to the time when life will be restored in future paradise conditions on earth. (Job 14:14,15) He is missed terribly by his wife, Marlene, and son, John, family and many friends. We long to see his happy and innocent smile again.
