At the Salvation Army Ottawa Grace Manor on Friday, April 10, 2020. Eileen Lennox (nee Wert) of Ottawa, formerly of Riceville, Ontario; age 103 years. Beloved wife of the late William Roy Lennox. Loving mother of Wade Lennox (Maureen Kelly) of Kanata, Lorne Lennox of Ottawa, and Anne Lennox of Ottawa. Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey (Kate), Ryan, Natalie, Michael (Lisa), and Mark (Amanda), and great grandmother of Colton. Predeceased by brothers Willie, Hampden and Lorne Wert, by sisters Viola Rowe, Sarah Fagan, and Lois Franklin, and by her parents Earl and Eliza Wert (nee Clemens). Lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews and cousins. Interment was held in Franklins Corner’s Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Date, time and location to be announced. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898). As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Salvation Army Ottawa Grace Manor (1156 Wellington St. West, Ottawa, Ontario K1Y 2Z3 or at gracemanor.ca) would be appreciated by the family. As a memorial to Eileen a tree will be planted in a Memory Woods.
