Passed suddenly in his home at Tranquility Place on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 in his 90th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 66 years, Jean (nee Melnyk). Cherished father of his two sons Richard (Michele), and Peter Christopher (Nadine). Proud Grandpa and Papa of the late Michael, Kevin, Lisa (Greg), Sarah, Alexandra (Josh), and Matthew. Loving brother of Stanley, predeceased by his brother Chester. Ed will be forever missed by many loved ones. Ed moved his family to Brantford from Toronto in the mid 60’s, working at Massey-Ferguson’s North American Combine Plant where he spent most of his working career. He was a lifelong fan of basketball and enjoyed spending his evenings cheering on the Raptors. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Toll Funeral Home, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford. A Celebration of Ed’s life will be held in the future when it is safe to do so.
