Riopel, Edmond Arthur
On July 6, 2020 Edmond Riopel of Pickardville, AB passed away at the age of 76 years and joined his beloved wife Sheila (Beveridge). He is survived by his three daughters Nicole (Tim), Marguerite (Michael), and his private nurse Bernice; Grandchildren Kyia (Philip), Shanda, Michael, Matthew, Chance, Jordan and Cole; Great Grandkids Akeelah, Amelia, Asher and Kai. His mother in law, Mary Beveridge. His brothers and sisters, Victor (Irene), Therese (Tom), Bernadette (Glen), Pierre (Sheila), and Martin (Janet). As well as brother and sisters in law, numerous nieces and nephews and his parish family. He was predeceased by his wife Sheila, his parents Agnes (Provost) and Gerard, his brother Rene and nieces Camille and Michelle. Prayers will be held on Monday July 13th at 7:00 at St. Benoit. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on July 14th at 2:00 pm at St. Benoit Roman Catholic Church in Pickardville with Fr. Ambrose Umeohanna smmm officiating. Attendance will be limited to invite only, due to Covid-19 restrictions. The Family would like to thank all the staff at the Westlock Long Term Care Centre, the Westlock Hospital East Wing and the Aberhart Peritoneal Dialysis Clinic for caring so compassionately for Dad. Donations gratefully accepted to the Kidney Foundation or the Westlock Continuing Care Equipment Fund.
