At the Manor on Loyalist Parkway with her family by her side on Saturday October 17, 2020, Edith Hubbard (nee Goodmurphy) passed away at the age of 103.
Beloved wife of the late George Emerson Hubbard. Edith was the eldest of her siblings and is survived by her youngest sister Lois (late Raymond) MacDonald of Belleville. Predeceased by Earle (Eileen), Jean (Ernest Elmy), Ruth (Jim Scott) and Ross (Rosemary). Missed and remembered by her nieces and nephews; Joan (Bob), Gary (Jayne), Linda (Mike), Norma (Harold), Richard (Donna), Louise (Dana), Susie (Lynne), Ken (Cathy), Lorie (Terry), David (Dawn), Keith Hubbard (Joan) and the late Diane Wilton and Brian Scott and her numerous great and great great nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hubbard is resting at the Whattam Funeral Home, 33 Main St., Picton. Family Funeral Service in the chapel followed by interment at Hicksite Cemetery, Bloomfield. The Reverend Phil Hobbs officiating. Memorial donations to the PECMH Foundation “Back The Build” or Picton United Church would be appreciated.
When you speak of her, speak not with tears, for thoughts of her should not be sad. Let memories of the times you shared give you comfort, for her life was rich because of you. author unknown.
