E Jean Hendrickson 19372020

E. Jean Hendrickson
1937-2020
We sadly announce the passing of Jean of Kenneth E. Spencer
Memorial Nursing Home and formerly of Riverview. She is the
daughter of the late Myrtle (Gregan) and Lebaron (Barry)
Stubbs.
Jean’s passion was teaching, especially
math. She started out at Edith Cavell and 37 years later she
retired from Riverview High School. When she entered the
nursing home she met up with a lot of her students from over the years
and she couldn’t believe how many remembered her.
In her younger years she loved to go to the camp and go four
wheeling. Jean also loved her bingo nights, I guess it was
because it was numbers and math was her specialty.
Jean met her true love, Larry and they were married 43
years. Aside from her parents she was predeceased by Larry
(2020). She is survived by her step children:
Loretta, Lance and Paul Hendrickson. She is also survived by
their children Chantale and Trevant Hendrickson, Destiny and
Tyrell Spencer, Sierra and Drake Hendrickson. Her sister and brother
in laws: Marsha, Wanda (John), Greta (Stan) all from
Riverview. Also she has a special place
in her heart for her cousin Jeannie O’Donnell, Karen
McKinley and Glenn Hicks, and Steven and Susan Van
Snick.
Jean was predeceased by her husband Larry (2020) and brother
in law Louis also 2020.
The family and
friends would like to THANK the staff and care givers of
Spencer’s Nursing Home for all the love and kindness they
showed to Jean.
In keeping with Jean’s wishes there is no viewing
or service. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd.,
Riverview (869-2007). Donations can be made to a charity of the
donor’s choice.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of E Jean Hendrickson 19372020..
