Dr. Donald (Don) Wallis (PhD) passed away peacefully to be with his Lord on Friday, December 4, 2020 at the age of 77. Loving husband of Eileen (nee DeJong). Survived by brother Ian. Dear brother-in-law of Marguerite (Bill) Schenk, Henry (Grace) DeJong, and Bea (Randall) Huisman. Dear Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Don was known as kind and gentle to all. Don spent most of his career at The National Research Council as a research scientist and the remainder as a consultant.
Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic a private funeral service will be held at Calvin Christian Reformed Church followed by burial at Pinecrest Remembrance Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson Foundation. Condolences, tributes, and donations may be made at www.tubmanfuneralhomes.com.
