Obituary of Douglas Winston Critch
Douglas Winston Critch of Bishop’s Falls passed away on December 13, 2020 at the Central NL Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor. He was 80 years of age. Predeceased by his parents Douglas and Rebecca Critch, sibilings Amelia (Allan) Tulk, Gwen (Lewis) Parsons, William (Bill) Jr., and Mark Critch. Left to mourn as is wife of 60 years Jean, children Jane, Doug Jr., (Denise), Calvin (Jacquie), Barry and Randy (Alfreda). Also leaving to mourn 11 grandchilddren, 14 great grandchildren as well as a number of other relatives and friends. Douglas was a logger all his life and enjoy being in the woods right up until his health slowed him down. Douglas and Jean would have celeberated their 60th wedding anniversary on December 17th. They were together all the time and was enjoying life at Twin Town Manor. In keeping with his wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service.
