Obituary
DORAN, DOUGLAS – It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Douglas Keith Doran, age 84 of Sarnia on Monday, June 15, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Hospice. He was the loving husband of the late Rosellen (Stocker) Doran (2014) and dear father of Wenda Burr (Tom), Cynthia Crowell, Deborah Doran, Richard Doran (Carol), Brian Doran (Sarah) and Kenneth Doran (Marie). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sons Michael and David and daughter Barbara Addie, sisters Judy, Eileen, Kathleen and his brother Robert. Doug was retired for over 20 years and was a proud member of the Carpenters Union, Local #1256. He was a member of Huron Baptist Church and enjoyed his family gatherings and woodworking. A celebration of Doug’s life will be held at a later date. Charitable donations made to St. Joseph’s Hospice would be appreciated by the family. Private cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9.
