Obituary of Doris Hall-Humpherson
HALL-HUMPHERSON, Doris. Passed away at Kingston General Hospital in Kingston, Ontario on Friday January 31, 2020. She was a loving wife to her Beloved husband Peter who predeceased her in 2005. She is survived by her girls; Victoria Hall-Humpherson (her favorite) (Dennis Horn), Marcia Hall-Humpherson (Patrick Goss) and Sandy Lynch (Michael Lynch). Proud and treasured Nana to Bonnie (Cam Sellers), Aaron (fiancé Josie), Lexi Goss and Jacob, Joshua, Zachary and Madison Lynch and great grandmother to Brody Patrick.
Doris was born in Digby, Nova Scotia, she trained as an RN and then met Peter, her beloved husband, who she was married to for 54 years. They lived a wonderful life with their 3 daughters enjoying camping, the outdoors and a lakeside cottage that they built together.
You were loved and admired for your fabulous sense of humor and your incredible will to live.
Friends will be received at the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, on Tuesday, February 4th from 1:30 pm until 2:20 pm. Funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 2:30 pm with Reverend Blair Peever officiating. Interment at Christ Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation in Doris`memory.

  1. Very sorry to read of the passing of both Major
    Peter, and his lovely wife Doris. Peter was a wonderful leader on our 1960 Bisley rifle team., along with Col. Delamare. I have several lovely photos of Peter and our team. I always loved his uniform too.
